The Toronto lawyer handling the class action lawsuit against ThyssenKrupp Elevator regarding a certain product known as sheave jammers, announced on their website yesterday that a tentative settlement has been reached. All owners of elevators with the affected product in Ontario are entitled to a share of the settlement.
